Kirkkland also sent me a Owl Money Bank in exchange for a spot in this years Christmas Gift Guide.
I have always been one that when shopping for Christmas presents I buy for myself. This way I knew I would have things under the tree. Because as a single mom to Suzzane it would have looked funny if Santa did not leave something for me as well as for Suzzane.
So even though she has been gone for 10 years on Monday I still buy something for both her and I. So when I was on kikkerland and I saw the Owl Money Bank I knew it would not only make a perfect gift for me but for my sister as well. So it arrived today and I have wanted to open the Owl Money Bank to look at it but I did not.
I also have not decided it I am going to give it to Debbie or keep for myself. So once Christmas is over I will let you know. As the reason Debbie and I both like Owls is our mom collected them when we was little. With out our mom it makes us feel like she is still with us. So I may have to break down and order a second Owl Money Bank for her.
I love that is is white as it reminds me of the “Milk Glass” my mom collected when we was children. I can not wait to show the Owl Money Bank to David as I am sure he will like it as much as I do. I also know he will tell me to keep it as I deserve it. But if you know me I most likely will give it to my sister. As I am like Suzzane in that respect and would give you the “shirt off my back” if you wanted it.
So all in all I love my Owl Money Bank and it is a perfect addition to my desk as I can put all my lose change in it to shop at Kirkklands in the future.
