Dine Rewards

My family loves Dining Out at local Restaurants, and we always end up having dinner at the same restaurants because it is easier with Charlie. Or it is more convenient for us because they are close and we know what they serve. Especially when my son Charlie is so picky and if we don’t eat at restaurants Charlie likes he will not eat. So today I would want to talk to you about a new program that several restaurants are using called “Dine Rewards.”

Now that Charlie is getting older I want to start a new tradition and visiting one new restaurant a month, and I want it to be somewhere we haven’t eaten at before as I would like all three of us to try out new and different restaurants. As well as trying new foods we haven’t eaten before.

As soon as I read through the email about “Dine Rewards” and the four restaurants “Dine Rewards” was working with I knew it would be the perfect program for our family. Because there were a couple of restaurants in the “Dine Rewards” program, we haven’t tried out.

Dine Rewards will allow Charlie to try new and different foods and see how other restaurants managed. I hope both Charlie and David will venture out of there comfort zone and try something new and different at each restaurant.  Not only with the food they chose but the drinks as well.

I looked over “Dine Rewards,” and the program I noticed is suitable for either lunch or dinner which made me even more intrigued because Charlie is back in school now. Using the program at lunch would allow me and David to go to go by ourselves and spend some quality time together. Which we usually don’t have a lot of as we always have Charlie with us.

As I read over the instructions and how we can earn rewards every time we visit one of the four restaurants is working with and that on our  4th visit we can save 50% on our meals I knew it would ‘Dine Rewards” would be a program  I wanted to sign up. “Dine Rewards” would allow us to eat out more often and will enable us to save money. I was excited to see there is no limit on how many points we can earn eating out and use this program.

One question I had was what would it cost to join “Dine Rewards”? I am happy to announce there is no fee to join. After signing up, you will earn a “Free Welcome” Gift from ($5 off of food and non-alcoholic beverages at Outback Steakhouse®, Carrabba’s Italian Grill®, or Bonefish Grill®; or $10 off* of food and non-alcoholic drinks at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar®). Make sure you read the details to get the best bang for your buck.

The next question I had was there a reward card I would have to keep track of because if you’re like me, you have so many discount cards to keep track of that the thought of one more makes you want to run screaming no, no, no. Only with “Dine Around” there isn’t a reward card for you to keep up unless you request your server to bring you a ticket. For me, I will let the server know my phone number and make them look up the account for me. They can search for you through the computer and manually add your points to your account.

If you’re wondering if you can only use “Dine Around” in DFW that isn’t the case as the members can enjoy rewards from close to 1500 participating restaurants throughout the U.S. States. So even if we go and visit my father in Oklahoma, City I can use my “Dine Reward” account to save and earn points for our meals.

If your wondering which restaurants in  Dallas/ Fort Worth you can us  “Dine Rewards” at it is the following restaurants: Outback Steakhouse®, Carrabba’s Italian Grill®, or Bonefish Grill®

For my family, there are restaurants in the “Dine Rewards” program  that you or your loved ones haven’t had the chance to try out. Share “Dine Rewards” with them so your family and friends can sign up and visit these wonderful restaurants for dinner or lunch.

If you are a member of “Dine Rewards” let me know what you think of the program. Also, let me know which of these restaurants are your favorite and what you order when you visit them. As my family can use some suggestions on what we should try at each restaurant..

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
