We Went To Movies 8 On Sunday

We Went To Movies 8 On Sunday at local Theater called Movies 8. I have been working on the Benefit Craft Fair so much that we haven’t been able to spend time together as a family. So I made an executive decision to load everyone up into the car after checking ou Movies 8 website to see which films shown. I  found several movies we all wanted to see.

Including Ice Age Collision Course, BFG, and Tarzan. I knew every one of these movies would be ones both Charlie and David would enjoy. Plus, I wanted to see Ice Age Collision Course and Tarzan. The only one I wasn’t sure of was BFG, but it was the one Charlie most wanted to see. All I had to do was convince Charlie to go to Movies 8.

I called Charlie into the front room and asked Charlie if he wanted to see any of those movies, and he said yes. Then, I let Charlie know which Theater the movies were playing at and Charlie didn’t bant a eyelash when he said yes, he wanted to go. Which surprised me as he usually want’s to go to the Drive-Inn Theater, not the Dollar Movie. Although I am different and prefer a inside movie like Movies 8.

Once we all agreed we would go to the movies, I let Charlie pick out which movies he wanted to see even though I knew he would pick BFG and Ice Age Collision Course. I was right so David bought tickets for both movies. Once he was done, we all decided that next week we all would go see Tarzan. Even though the movies started early enough that we could have seen all three of them at one time.

Neither David or I had heard about BFG although our friend Ed told David that Charlie might not like BFG at first but then Charlie would get into the movie and want to watch it again and again. Although Ed’s wife disagreed with Ed and said she thought Charlie would end up bored and want to leave as he wouldn’t like BFG.

Now, I would like to let you know that wasn’t  the case because both Charlie and I feel in “LOVE” with BFG. Once we left the movie to come home  Charlie  asked me to purchase this movie for him and I can’t wait to buy this film to add to our movie collection. It is a great family friendly movie and will make movies nights more fun.

Here is the Trailer from You Tube if you haven’t seen BFG. If you have seen BFG what did you think of it and is it a movie you would purchase for your Movie Collection? If so why and if not why not?

Check out all these coloring sheets I found for your family to color. Charlie and I will be printing out a lot of these coloring sheets and making  a book about BFG which we plan on sharing with our friends and family.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
