Gluten Free Tuesday Features Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Good morning, How are you today? This morning I thought I would share a recipe for Pancakes For those of you who didn’t know it Pancakes was Suzzane’s favorite food. Also Pancakes brings back many fun memories of my childhood. On the weekends when we was growing up my dad always spend one morning making us breakfast and a lot of times it was Pancakes or Waffles.

Now Charlie would like for me to ask you a question because as I was writing this post Charlie asked me what do you eat on your Pancakes?

Charlie he only wants Syrup on his pancakes with no butter. As for me I like to have Butter and Syrup and before you ask what about your diet. I would have to say I know this isn’t  good for me so it is why I don’t usually eat Pancakes when I eat breakfast. As for David he likes Butter and Syrup as well as Fruit on his pancakes and prefers Strawberries if he uses Fruit.
