how to make Antipasto Platters and Charcuterie Boards

I would like to have you check out these awesome foods we can create Italian Dishes with. Antipasto Condiments, Bruschetta, Olives, Anchovies, Crackers. I would like to know where I can purchase these foods from and which brands we should chose as we plan on using them in our Holiday Cooking. I would like to let you know at the bottom of the post I teach you how to make Antipasto Platters and Charcuterie Boards.

Using these foods in the dishes Charlie and I will be creating will give them “Just the Right Flavor”. The recipes will not be too Spicy or to Savory and there will not be a lot of Tomatoes keeping Charlie from trying out the new dishes Charlie and I plan on creating for our guests as well as Charlie’s teachers.

These specialty foods can be sold at local Specialty Stores like World Market and Delis. Or you can purchase these food products online on Amazon. If you do shop at Amazon make sure you sign up for the Affiliate program so when your guests shop through these products you will make a small percentage of the items you purchase.

How to make Antipasto Platters and Charcuterie Boards

Keep bags of Crostini and Bruschetta on hand, along with jars of quartered Artichokes in Oil, Pickled Pearl Onions, Pepperoncini, Olives, and Bruschetta Spreads, Eggplant Caponata and black Tapenade. Once you have all these items put out on the table make the time to take a trip to the deli for some hard and soft Cheeses, and your favorite meats. Once you put the dish together you’re ready to wow your friends.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
