Homeschooling Families Need to make sure there children attend PE. So today I would like to share with you a new sport you can teach your children. The sport is playing Horseshoes.
As for me I hadn’t ever been around anyone playing horseshoes nor did I know anything about it. Although, David used to play in a horseshoe tournament before we got together. So it was nice sharing David’s love of horseshoes with Charlie.
I would like to let you know we went to Meadowbrook Park in Arlington, Texas at 7 pm on Tuesday nights. Anyone can throw horseshoes with Iron Benders or they can just go out to Meadowbrook Park one day and time and play as the Horseshoe pits are open to the public and it doesn’t cost to play.
Although if you do go on Tuesday and want to play with Iron Benders there is a small fee and they play 4 games so sometimes they do not finish until after 10:30. Which meant David and Charlie was only able to play two games but they still had a lot of fun.
If you are in the Haltom City area I was able to get some information for our Horseshoe Tournament that we are hosting on May 13th and I would like to invite you out to join us at it. Our tournament is open to the public and we will have a Pop Up Market as well as a children’s area.
