Simple Most has created a chart which tells us “What Time Should Our Kids Go to Bed?”  I like knowing they have created this chart because with Summer here kids tend to stay up later and get their schedules all messed up. I would like to ask you to check out the map I am sharing it with you know instead of in the Summer because this also happens during the Holidays as children are too excited to go to bed on time.
