I Have Set A Goal For Myself As I Need To Lose Weight

As I sit her in front of the computer this morning working,  I am setting a Goal for myself. Now before you say anything yes, I have done this before but this time I am going to complete this goal.

So this morning I would like to let you know  ” I Have Set A Goal For Myself As I Need To Lose Weight” You see  I went to the Recreation Center with Davids mom the other day and saw myself in the mirror and I looked like a baby whale.

So even though I may not drop the 25 pounds like I had planned on before Charlie returns to school. I know I can lose something if I put my mind to it. I just need to get up and do it

I pledge 20 walk or swim or use the treadmill for 25 days straight and to not miss a day. By the end of each day I must have done a mile in the pool or at least 5,000 steps.

Which isn’t hard if I would get up and walk to the park and walk around it twice. I also have my bike which I can get out and ride. I just need to make myself do it.

So even though Charlie will be gone next week to Vacation Bible School I pledge to get up every morning and head out to walk for at least 10 minutes a day.

Then to complete my exercises once Charlie and David are at home. As they need to exercise as well. Not to lose weight but to get up and move. Because sitting on a couch all day every day isn’t  good for anyone.

So along with my exercise I will be using my Slim Fast Shakes in the morning in a chocolate flavor. Along with my Hydroxy Cut Wildberry which I add to my water.

I also plan on drinking half my weight in water. So this would be 102 ounces of water. Which for me is a whole lot of water to drink in one day.  I know having to drink this much water that I might fail at first abut I am not going to give up. I will start out slow and build up to it. As I can add a bottle of water each day until I meet my Goal.

As we we keep  bottles of water in the house for me to drink. The bottles are 16.9 ounces. Which means I would need to drink at least 7 bottles of water. Which I am not sure I have ever done in my lifetime.

Though if I drink bigger glasses of water or order water when we are out instead of soda or tea I should be able to make that goal with no, problem. I just have to do it and not let anything or anyone distract me.

Because there was a lady at the pool yesterday who said a lady had told her she walked everyday for a month and she lost 25 pounds. So even though I am not sure what else she did or what she ate. I know if she can do it I can do it as well and I will do it.
