Laser X Brings Laser Tag To Our Homes

I have a question for you this morning. Does your family love video games? In our home both David and Charlie are obsessed with video games and I can’t get them to go outside anymore to ride our bikes or just walk like we used to. Which I hate as we all need to exercise every day.

I am back to share with you a new item I was sent to review which will get them off the couch. The new item is called Laser X. Laser X allows us to create a fun game of laser tag with an updated, technologically-advanced laser blaster system.

I was going to put Laser X up for Christmas for Charlie then I thought I might let Charlie have it for his Birthday. Although I changed my mind the other day when Charlies friend Kayden spent the night and needed something other than Video Games to play.

Once David got home from work I had him get out Laser X and put the batteries inside it. Then we took Charlie and Kayden outside to play. I was afraid it would be to dark and that they wouldn’t be able to find each other but Laser X games light up and they could find each other no, matter how dark it got outside.

Charlie and David could play Laser X with the sophisticated electronics and optics and they could go into the neighbors yards and still manage to shoot each other with pinpoint blasting accuracy as they shoot up to 200 feet. Both boys thought this was so cool as it allowed them to hide in different yards.

One of my favorite features was knowing  Laser X sets work together, so games can have as few as two players – or the whole neighborhood can play together. Advanced sensors in the Laser Xblaster know when players are blasting, being hit, running or hiding.  An interactive “coach” uses this information to give players tips and tricks throughout the game.

After finding out more kids would be able to play together I showed Charlies Laxer X set to our neighbors and now each household is thinking of purchasing a set for there home so in the Summer everyone can get outside and play together and get off the Video Games.

David and I enjoyed playing with Charlie and his friends. I liked knowing Laser X involves running as it will help me lose the weight I need to lose. Plus, by using Laser X I will be able to spend more time with Charlie doing the things he enjoys doing.

Laser X comes with the receiver vest which keeps tracks of hits.  After 10 hits, players are eliminated from the game.  Players can choose to be on teams or select “rogue” mode where it’s every player for his or herself. Once I heard Laser X came with the receiver vest I was afraid they wouldn’t fit adults but they do as they slip over your head. So even little kids can wear them if you wanted them to play.

You can purchase Laser X in sets that equip two players for $49.99 or that equip one player for $24.99 at Target.com and other retailers.  The Long Range Blaster ($39.99) and Gaming Tower ($39.99) are also included in the review pack.  More info is available at: GetLaserX.com.  Or watch our YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D56xY4Pl73Q

I have a question for you had you heard of Laser X before this review if so have you or someone you know purchased Laser X? If not is Laser X something you or your children would enjoy playing and if so why or why not?

Don’t forget to enter the Giveaway which ends on December 15th

I was sent this set of Laser X games in exchange for this review but the thoughts in the review was all mine and my friends and families no, one else.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
