How to Plan for Homeschooling

This morning I would like to help us all learn how to plan for Homeschooling. I am sharing this new resource with you; I would like to remind you Charlie isn’t in High School. Although this new resources geared toward High Schoolers there are still tips in this post which we can all use and learn from, and the website is written by Beth who blogs and her site is called anything Classes By Beth. Anytime I see anything Beth publishes I try and check it out because  I have found a lot of tips through the articles Classes By Beth.

I did take the time to listen to the 2016 Digital Homeschool Convention, and I learned so much which I will be using once Charlie, and I start our 3rd-grade.

Meet Beth

Beth Hempton, instructor and owner of Classes by Beth Plus, homeschooled both of her children, Ally and John Paul, through high school. A lover of literature and a writer, Beth also co-authored Epi Kardia curriculum (now Train Up a Child Publishing). She is currently collaborating with an illustrator to publish her first children’s book.

At this time, Beth focuses on growing in her relationship with Christ, teaching her formidable middle and high school students online and encouraging homeschooling moms. She lives with her fantastic chef husband on Johns Island in South Carolina. You can find her on

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
