Math Geek Mama Teaches Children Long Division

When school let out I was all gungho on what I could  do to help Charlie prepare for 4th grade. So Davids mom Granny Sherry went and bought us workbooks for 4th grade reading and math and off to the library I went. So the first couple days we did good and worked in the workbooks each day. So this week I will be having Charlie visit Math Geek Mama as she teaches children long division.

Although we didn’t open up the library books like I had planned. Nor did we read the books we checked out at school last week. So we took them back yesterday unread which is horrible. As this isn’t helping Charlie out at all.

So this week even though Aiden and Charlie will be going to Boy Scout Camp during the day. I plan on working with Charlie at night on math and reading. So one of the things I have to work with Charlie on is division.

As Charlie struggled with division  last year so I know it is time to sit down and talk to Charlie about his math and why we need to work on it. Because Charlie never got past his 7’s in multiplication and I know that will not work in 4th grade.

So to keep Charlie from being behind all the other children I have been searching for things online to help Charlie out. So this morning I received a email from Math Geek Mama that I want to try out with Charlie.

Especially since David and I neither one are very good with Division. This is a games called Free Simple Printable Division Games (1-2 Digit Divisors). Charlie will be able to learn long division. Without me or David pulling our hair out.

So today I would like to invite you to check out Math Geek Mama and Free Simple Printable Division Games (1-2 Digit Divisors) which is also called Easy & Fun Division Bump Games.
