Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom by Kelly DiPucchio

Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom written by Kelly DiPucchio  is a new book Charlie and I found while browsing on Amazon this evening. As Charlie and I read the preview for Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom Charlie added it the list of books he wants to plan checkout at the library this week.

I asked Charlie why he wanted to check out Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom and he says because it is time to return to school and this will remind the children to keep there classes clean as well as there work spaces. As the children in Charlies classroom last year didn’t want to help the teachers clean.

I also asked Charlie if he thought he would be able to read Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom on his own or he would need help and Charlie says he is sure this is one book he would be able to read on his own. Charlie also surprised me when he let me know he would like to share  with his friends as I knew he thought he would enjoy it.

So be watching to see what Charlie thinks of Mrs McBloom, Clean Up Your Classroom if our library carries it and if not I will purchase it from Amazon for Charlie. As I never have a problem purchasing books for Charlie as they are the gifts that keep on giving as we can hand them down to his Nephew.

There is a mysterious new student at Fitzgerald High, Jake Garret. He seems to have it all figured out. He looks like he just stepped off the cover of the J. Crew catalog, he is the best kicker the football team has ever had, and best of all, he hosts the party to go to every Friday night. All the guys want to be like him and all the girls want to date him, but Jake only has eyes for Didi, the girlfriend of alpha male and quarterback, Todd Buckley . As Jake’s friend Rick gets to know him, he at first admires him, then starts to like him, but soon grows to fear for him as he learns Jake’s dangerous secret. From beloved young adult author Gordon Korman, comes a new look at age-old themes about popularity, acceptance, and human nature.
