Once Upon A Pancake

This is a review for a website called Once Upon A Pancake which is the perfect Homeschool Resource for children of all ages.

Once upon a Pancake

With Charlie I use Once upon a Pancake for Young Storytellers for children ages 9–12 (or so) and their family and friends. I use this resource because no, grown-up help is required!

Check out the other features including:

  • 20 stories we write together, in a variety of styles
  • Beautiful color illustrations
  • Ninjas, Aliens, secrets, and more!
  • 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches high
  • Paperback, 56 pages, thick pages to write and draw on
  • A keepsake filled with your kids’ imaginations

Charlie and I went through the resources and Charlie likes how he can add Art to his stories and keep the stories going by turning the stories into Chapter Books.

Charlie has even added the books to each other to get kids more involved in reading. When I went into Charlie’s room he even had his friends helping him write stories.

May be an image of cake and text that says 'Once upon a Pancake'

There is even a Coffee Table Book which we have sat out on the dinning room table and when people come over we have our guests add to the story were creating.

Charlie let me know Once Upon A Pancake is the perfect Gift for our nieces and nephew to keep there learning going on during the Summer. I can’t wait to give Paton For Younger Storytellers (ages 6–8) because she is struggling in school with reading and I know this will help her out a lot.

Once upon a Pancake for Younger Storytellers is for children ages 6-8 (or so) and their family and friends. Grown-ups can help by doing most of the reading and writing, so the stories keep going and the creativity keeps flowing.
