Quentin Blake’s Ten Frogs Dix Grenouilles:

Charlie has been helping me gather books for Payton next year. So, yesterday while we was at the book store Charlie found a new counting book for Payton. I thought I would share it with you as it will go with our lesson plans next year. As I will be teaching Payton her ABC’s, numbers and shapes. So, I would like to invite you along on our journey.

Quentin Blake’s Ten Frogs Dix Grenouilles: A Book About Counting in English and French (English and French Edition) Hardcover – November 1, 2008

One crow, un corbeau. Two goats, deux chevres. Three dogs, trois chiens. This lavish and fun book from internationally-renowned illustrator Quentin Blake is the perfect tool for teaching children to count in French. Young learners can work all the way up to Cent guepe—One hundred wasps!
