Traveling Makes Dreams Come True

Good morning, As we begin a new day I wanted to bring you the latest post for the Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 11. Yes, we are almost half way through the challenge and so far I have managed to stay caught up. Although I might fall behind at any time. If I do though I will just pick myself up and get right back on the horse. Traveling Makes Dreams Come True.

This morning we have been asked to share our favorite photos from our niche or personal photos from your latest traveling adventure. What makes the photo interesting? Where was it taken? Who is with you?

If you had asked me to share traveling pictures with you last week I wouldn’t have been able to. As my family hasn’t ever been on a vacation and Charlie is 9.

But in the past week that has changed as we went to the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum in Wichita Falls, Tx. Plus, tomorrow we will be heading out to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to see my dad and brother. Although with this trip we will not be able to do anything as it is just overnight.

I have decided to share pictures from  Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum in Wichita Falls, Tx with you. Charlie, David and Aiden was with me on this trip.

I took the boys as well as David as they all love Wrestling. All of us have grown up on it. So I knew this trip would be a God send and a dream come true for both Charlie and David.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates

    1. Yes, they do and this Summer we have accomplished a lot of them. I just need to get David to switch his day off to the weekend before Charlie returns to school so we can continue the day trips we have started as it is bringing them closer together.

  1. How exciting that you went on their first family trip this week!!! That’s awesome 🙂 I’m sure they are having a blast!! Are you excited to see your family?

    1. It was a lot of fun to be able to make new memories with Charlie. As for seeing my dad I was excited. But the trip was a disappointment in a way and in another way a Blessing. So I have to put the trip in Gods hands and let David handle the things that happened or I will end up sick.

    1. Yes, it can be but for Charlie it is fun and as long as he enjoys it and knows it might not be real I still let him watch it. As we have meet plenty of wrestlers in real life that have helped Charlie with bullying.

  2. These will be memories that Charlie will have forever! It is wonderful that you get to make those lasting impressions on him. My kiddos are grown, but we love to revisit the memories we made together. The ones that were not of a place we went, but of the things we did as a family, are the most fun to talk about. Thank you for sharing!

    1. Your welcome. Making memories is my Goal as I want to give Charlie lots of memories to share with his children one day of things we did as a family. As one day I might not be here and he will be able to let his family get to know me through the things we did. Have a great day.

    1. They did and we needed the time together as a family with no, one else around so Charlie could see his dad does and will do things with him. As well as depend on himself sometimes to have fun with as you can make new friends this way if you just try and that is what happened with Charlie. As we sat and let him wander around on his own and he found kids to play with and had more fun that if Aiden had joined us.
