Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #11

SHH, Now, I have a secret to tell you I fell off the wagon. I was just chugging along thinking I can do this, I can do this and low and behold we are now on Day 11 and I haven’t even done 9 or 10.

So here I am back playing catch up which is something moms seem to do a lot of the time. So I would like to share with you that Day #9 gave me a loop and I still haven’t decided what I wold like to blog but I will figure it out.

In the meantime I wanted to share with you some tips that I was sent from Ultimate Blog Challenge for today’s post:

It is Day 11 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge! I hope you are having fun as you blog away!

Today’s tip is a free-form, non-topic specific idea that you can use over and over and over again!

Grab a magazine from your coffee table.

It doesn’t even have to be a magazine in your niche industry. Just about any magazine will do. Now take a look at the cover. Write down the headlines as they appear. Chances are they’ll look something like this:

  • The __ secrets to ____
  • Learn how to _____ today
  • ___ tips to ____

Once you’ve written down the headlines, replace the keywords with your own. Fill in the blanks. If there are ten headlines on the cover of your magazine, you now have ten articles or blog posts you can write.

Don’t forget to share your Day 10 post first on your own website, and then head over to the Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/UltimateBlogChallenge and share the URL of your post with the group.

For me as soon as they said to grab a magazine I knew I would grab Women’s World as it is my go to magazine. Even though my home is full of magazine as David brings them home to me from the airport.
