Ultimate Blog Challenge for April 2017! Day 21!

Good morning, How are today? I am back with the Ultimate Blog Challenge for April 2017! Day 21!. Can you believe April is almost over? So this morning as I begin to get ready for the weekend I wanted to make sure I got this post done. As I am still behind and before I know it the month will be gone and I will not have gotten them all up.

So today I would like to ask if your taking part in the Ultimate Blog Challenge. If so have you managed to keep up each day or are you like me behind and struggling to catch up?

Tip for the Ultimate Blog Challenge for April 2017! Day 21

Imagine the Future! Or, compare to things!

What will your life/family/blog/business/town/state be like in 1 year? 5 years? 10 years? Think it’ll be like the Jetsons? Or more like Star Trek?

Remember analogies? They were on the SATs and also on the Miller Analogies test.

Even if you don’t remember them (or never heard about them), they are in the form of: ____ is like ____: Compare two things. Might be how blogging is like cooking (I have no idea – you tell me), or how it’s not at all like cooking. Some very interesting blog posts can come out of comparing two different things.

For me, I could compare how driving traffic to a website is like the Opening night of a Blockbuster Movie. Or, I can compare building a big list to selecting dessert at a fancy restaurant!

Don’t forget to share your Day 21 post first on your own website, and then head over to the Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/UltimateBlogChallenge and share the URL of your post with the group.

If you are tweeting, use the #blogboost to let folks know you are part of the community!

Today we are to share two things with you that can either go together or be totally different. So since I am working on building a new company I wanted to give you some examples of how they are the same yet different.

Blogging compares to Vendors Events

In blogging you want to make sure your content is seen. So you primarily work online. In vendor events you may use online some but you work more offline through parties and events.

Can you use events to enhance your blog if you know what your doing you can. You just have to figure out how and which events would be right for you. So although blogging and events are completely different in a lot of ways they are the same.

So today I would like to ask you to join me in the Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 21 and share two items with me. Or you could pick your own topic and blog about it. If you do Please come and share a link with me.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
