Shark Valentine Boxes

I have a question for you this morning. Is your home becoming overrun with Christmas Cards people have sent you? If so I have a fun craft your children can make for Christmas. This fun Shark Valentine Boxe will hold all the  Christmas cards you receive.

Charlie will be having a small Christmas Card Exchange in School this week. Alon with getting  Christmas cards from our family for Christmas. Which means this Shark Valentine Box will be perfect way to hold all of his Christmas Cards in.

When I mentioned to Charlie we could turn Shark Valentine Box into a Christmas card holder Charlie was so excited Charlie asked if  we could make a Shark Valentine Boxes to give  his grandmother.

One thing I like is when we spend money on Gifts is it doesn’t have the same meaning as when we take time to make Gifts. Which our family seems  to cherish handmade gifts  more than gifts we spend money on.

Charlie and I visited Pinterest where we learned how to make this               Shark Valentine Box. Once we were done reading the instructions I mentioned to Charlie that we  could also display the  Shark Valentine Boxes on his self with the children’s books Charlie has on fish books.

Shark Valentine Boxes would become part of the decorations for his Charlie’s bedroom and I would like to let you know Charlie thought that would be a neat way to decorate his room.

When Christmas is over we can turn  Shark Valentine Boxes into a Trash Can. I asked David what he thought about  Shark Valentine Boxes and he agreed with Charlie. That  Shark Valentine Boxes could be used in  many fun and unique ways that we should make several Shark Valentine Boxes.

Will be looking for fish and shells to set out with Shark Valentine Boxes to make part of the decorations not only in Charlies bedroom but also his bathroom.

Off to the  local dollar store we go which means this project will not cost us a lot but gets both Charlie and David working together on a  project which will allow them to spend quality time together.

Once were done with Shark Valentine Box and decorating                         Shark Valentine Box I’m sure I can even get David’s Uncle Don to make Charlie pictures with the sea and fish in the painting to hang on the wall for even more decorations. Uncle Don is a well known artist in Dallas/ Fort Worth.

If you would like to make a shark box like this for your family you can find it on the website called The Joys of Boys or on Pinterest

If you know of other crafts we can use to decorate Charlie’s room with leave me a comment and a link to the project to check out.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David
