I learned so much from A Parent’s Guide to Self-Regulation: A Practical Framework for Breaking the Cycle of Dysregulation and Mastering Emotions for Parents and Children and how the Author has helped to identify some of the core issues parents or just adults in general struggle with trying to regulate themselves for their children or others.

The Author has taken time to give us examples, and concrete steps and processes to try or work towards a no-judgement approach to parenting that everyone will be able to use no, matter the age of there children.
