I hate to admit but David has finally converted me to Aleve Gel Caps from Advil. I’ve always used Advil with my Migraines and any shoulder or knee pain I’ve had but Advil wasn’t helping the way it should have. I didn’t have a problem with Tynol or Motrin, but we don’t keep them in the house.
The other day my hip was hurting so bad I was ready to go to the Emergency Room to see if they would give me something for the pain. We have pain pills in the house but I don’t like taking them because I don’t like the way they make me feel.
David talked me into trying Aleve Liquid Gels which says they last 12 hours. When it comes to medicine most people can take the recommended dosage of 2 pills at a time. I can’t because they would make me sleep all day no, matter what I’ve taken.
I tried one of the Aleve Gel Caps not expecting them to help but within an hour my hip had begun to stop hurting. I was able to walk and get my steps in for the day which is a Godsend to me. Not only that getting in and out of our SUV didn’t hurt as bad.
Even though we still have Tynol and Advil in our home when I begin hurting now more times than not I grab the Aleve which thank the LORD comes in a 80 Capsules so there is enough for David to take to work and Charlie to use as well.
