Charlie and I went walking this morning. While outside I pulled my knee and could barely walk. I hobbled up the stairs into our Townhome and went and made me a bath to soak my knee. Luckly I had Amoray Natural Epsom Salt Bath Crystals Lavender I had bought for David a while back from Dollar Tree.
I had purchased this from the Dollar Store for David. I filled the tub up with bath water and poured in one cup of the bath Crystals to make sure the Lavender scent wasn’t overpowering. It wasn’t so I added the second cup like to reccomends.
I soaked in the tub for 20 minutes just listening to music and enjoying the time to myself. Once I got out of the Shower my knee wasn’t hurting as bad. I was able to walk on my knee and able to get some chores done.
I’ve been using Amoray Natural Epsom Salt Bath Crystals Lavender at night to help me relax before bedtime and I’ve been sleeping better. I liked learning this contains Magnesium which helps with swelling and Sulfate which helps to flush toxins and form proteins in our joints which has been bothering me.
