I wanted to let you know National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day falls on April 2nd, I know people couldn’t be more excited! Although I may be the only person on EARTH who doesn’t like PeanutButter and Jelly Sandwiches. I don’t mind having one or the other but don’t mix them and I spoke out of turn my nephew Jason is like me. Jason loves PeanutButter but he doesn’t like PeanutButter and Jelly either.
I would like to le t you know PeanutButter and Jelly is popular in the U.S. Some people may think PeanutButter and Jelly may seem like an odd combination but to others PeanutButter and Jelly is a great snack.
The best part is the many combinations of the classic PeanutButter and Jelly Sandwich choosing different flavors of Jelly or Jam and alternating between creamy and crunchy Peanut Butter. The question is what do you like on your PeanutButter and Jelly Sandwich and why?

Recipe for Grilled PeanutButter and Jelly Sandwich
Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 15 mins Servings: 1 Yield: 1 sandwich
Ingredients
Original recipe yields 1 servings
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 teaspoons any flavor fruit jelly
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Directions
Gather all ingredients.
Heat a griddle or skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread jelly on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread; spread peanut butter on the other unbuttered side.
Place bread slices together, so peanut butter and jelly are in the middle.
Cook on the preheated griddle until golden brown and heated through, about 4 minutes per side.
