When I was cleaning and organizing Charlie’s restroom the other day I found ArtNaturals Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil Gift Set, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, 6 x 10 ml. I had purchased this set of Essential Oils for Charlie when he was #Homeschooling.
The kit was new and hadn’t been opened at all even though Charlie could have used the Oils in his Air Purifier Charlie uses in his room. I was excited to find out there is a Lavender bottle that helps us remain calm and with everything happening in our lives I will be using Lavender Daily.
There is also Eucalyptus which helps Energize us and David needs to use this before he goes to work in the morning and so do I. Most importantly is Rosemary for Focus, and this is something I need to bath in and so does Charlie.
David was excited to find out the set also contains Peppermint for a Spa Ambience which he plans on using this evening when he takes a bath and soaks his knee. There is Tree Tree for Wellness which is a Godsend for our family with David working at the Airport and more and more people coming down with the Flu.
Last not least is Sweet Orange to motivate us which I need with work more than you will ever know and so does David and Charlie. The bottles are only 6 ounces which will fit in our pockets or my purse and not take up a lot of space.
I loved learning we can add the oils to a diffuser which I need to get David and I. Or we can add the Oils to our favorite Cream or Body Lotion and even to a hot bath which informationally I can’t take here because our tub is to low to the ground. Living in a Townhome there isn’t anything we can do about that.
Charlie was surprised to find out we can add the Oils to a spray bottle to create a body mist or to make an air fragrance. We can also add the oils to a Carrier Oil for a body massage which will be a #teachinglesson for my family as we explore what Carrier Oils are.

Instructions
For use on skin or hair, dilute essential oil in carrier oil and massage in. Essentials oils can also be diluted by mixing a few drops into shampoo, body wash, bath water or cleaning product. Add a few drops to water reservoir of diffuser or humidifier for room aromatherapy use.
