Charlie has decided he would like to have a business he can work from home but his Streaming Company isn’t happening like Charlie thought it would. Living in our Town Home I’ve been looking for ways for Charlie and I to earn money.
I was thinking we could check and see if the office needs someone to clean the Apartments when people move out. Our Apartment Owners own 5 complex’s so there would be plenty of work for both of us. If they do not need someone to clean the apartments or pick up the trash at night.
I was wondering if they need someone to stage the apartments for people to see when they come to view a Apartment or a Townhome. Which is why I couldn’t wait to read Building a Successful Home Staging Business and set up a business plan not only for our Apartment Complex but some of the others in our Area.
I loved how the Author even included places to get Furniture to help us get started in our business. A lot of the book though is more self-promotion for the Author but there were forms in the back of the book we will be able to use. But I want to see if I can find a local class or another book with new information because some of the info in Building a Successful Home Staging Business was outdated.
