I would like to share a new Supplement I’ve started taking to help with my Iron intake. Flamingo Supplement LLC who sent me Iron + Vitamin C, Zinc, B Complex & Biotin Gummies – 90 Count in exchange for this review.
One way to get Iron is through Salt. David can’t have Salt because Salt makes his knees swell. I don’t like the taste of Salt so I don’t eat Salt. I’ve started to use Iron + Vitamin C, Zinc, B Complex & Biotin Gummies and these are a Gummy Vitamin.
I don’t like the taste of Gummies most of the time but Iron + Vitamin C, Zinc, B Complex & Biotin Gummies are easy to swallow. The taste doesn’t bother me. There is no, artificial flavors or colors. David like learning there Gluten. Gelten Free which would allow Charlie and David to take them.

But they didn’t bother me at all and now I take the Gummies in the morning.
