When I was pregnant with Suzzane I was Anemic. I needed Iron. At one time my dad tried to feed me Heart by telling me it was Steak. After a tiny bite I knew it wasn’t and when my dad wasn’t looking I threw the meal away. I know we shouldn’t waste food but I couldn’t get past it being a Heart and the taste.
Fast forward and Charlie is 18. I have no, energy. I haven’t been feeling as good as I should. I don’t eat Salt of any kind even though I know we need Salt. I was going to look for Vitamins to take. I received Iron + Vitamin C, Zinc, B Complex & Biotin Gummies – 90 Count.
