Charlie and I wanted to share a board book for little readers with you this morning. You will find the book inside our Children’s Gift Guide 2025: Happy Chinese New Year, Little Red Panda (Baby Animal Tales) by Amanda Wood (Author), Bec Winnel (Illustrator), Vikki Chu (Illustrator). I received a copy of the book for this review.

Before Charlie and I share our thoughts on: Happy Chinese New Year, Little Red Panda I wanted to let you know this children’s board book is Part of: Baby Animal Tales (12 books). If you have a small child in your home these books would make the perfect beginner books to add to there library.

Charlie and I love the Red Panda and if we had been #Homeschooling still we would have studied both the Red Panda and Chinese New Year in our classes, and you can do the same. Charlie and I had fun watching Red Panda decorate for Chinese New Year.

I liked how before they got started, they swept bad spirits out of the room which I need to do. I believe bad spirits have taken over my home. We learn how life can be long and fun just like Noodles that go on and on.

To make the learning hands on you could purchase a package of Noodles to show how they go on. it’s time to hang up lanterns which I wish we had. There is a gift inside a red envelope. I wonder what the gift was don’t you?

Look at the Dragons they were so pretty. Did you see the Fireworks? Now, it’s time for bed. I love how this story introduces us to Red Panda’s and teaches us about a #Holiday I didn’t know anything about at all. Did you?

Happy Chinese New Year, Little Red Panda is for young children and it’s a board book so it will not fall apart from little hands. The story was created for little children but anyone who is intrigued by Animals or Holidays will enjoy the story and all the beautiful illustrations.
