Homeschool Resource: River Legacy Nature Center

Education Homeschool Field Trips Homeschool Field Trips in or around DFW Homeschool Resources

I wanted to share a Homeschool Resource: River Legacy Nature Center is a fun place to bring families not one when #Homeschooling but as a day out. In the Summer River Legacy offers Summer Camps where children explore nature, discover native wildlife and enjoy exciting outdoor adventures that inspire curiosity, creativity and environmental stewardship. Doesn’t that sound like fun?

About the Park

River Legacy Park is a 1,300-acre urban oasis following the curves of the Trinity River in North Arlington. The Park’s ecological diversity of bottomland forest, wetlands and prairie provides abundant habitat for countless birds, fish, mammals and native plants.
