About the book:

Through Ida B. Wells Marches For The Vote children learn about Ida B. Wells who grew up during the time women couldn’t vote. I liked learning how Ida fought for equality no, matter the race or gender of the people involved. Ida B. Wells doing this made her one of the most influential Civil Rights leaders in AMerican History. In the book children will also learn about the Women’s March of 1913. If I had been #Homeschooling Charlie still be would have used Ida B. Wells Marches For The Vote in our #Homeschool History Class.

The illustrations inside the book are captivating. Ida B. Wells is perfect not only for children in 6th grade and above but adults as well. Through the story my family learned Ida B. Wells lived in Mississippi. I wanted to let you know Mississippi is a State Charlie and I studied in our studies on States when he was #Homeschooling. In the back of the book is a Timeline Charlie and I liked following. I hope you share the timeline with your children.
