I missed sharing a unique #Holiday that happened on January 25th which was National Irish Coffee Day #NationalIrishCoffeeDay. I know David wouldn’t have minded celebrating National Irish Coffee Day because as the name of the #Holiday says it has Coffee in it and #IrishCoffee is made with Liquior.
I’ve only had Irish Coffee once in my life and I didn’t care for it because the drink was too strong for me.I will pass on celebrating National Irish Coffee Day and so will Charlie because he isn’t 21. But I will make a Irish Coffee for David. Would you want a Irish Coffee with David?
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 6 oz Hot Coffee
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 DOLLOP Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions
STEP ONE: Combine Baileys, coffee and Irish Whiskey in a tall “Irish Coffee” glass.
STEP TWO: Top with whipped cream.
