I couldn’t wait to let you know June 27th was National Ice Cream Cake Day #IceCreamCakeDay. I really don’t remember ever having a ice Cream Cake. Have you? With my brother coming down this weekend for the first time in a long time.
I was thinking it might be nice to make a Cake but I don’t know if he is eating sweets because he is a Diabetic and my sister is now gluten-free but that shouldn’t stop David and I from celebrating his visit. I think I will get a Ice Cream Cake because Charlie doesn’t like Cake but he likes Ice Cream.
Now my question is where should I get the Ice Cream Cake from? Baskin Robbins or have David stop at Dairy Queen and pick up a Ice Cream Cake for us? Or does Grocery Stores sell Ice Cream Cakes? Or do you have a recipe for a ice Cream cake you can share with me? If so leave it in the comment section please.
