When David and I decided to #Homeschool Charlie I knew teaching Charlie would fall on me most of the time. As well as creating the #LessonPlans which is why I first looked up #Holidays which helped our family a lot.
On days like September 13 National Peanut Day #NationalPeanutDay I always knew David would want to be involved because he loves Peanuts. For dinner on this night we would eat at Texas Roadhouse so they could have Peanuts for a snack.
Then we would visit a Candy Store like in Grapevine, Texas so Charlie could check out different ways Peanuts are made into Candy. Off to the Grocery Store we would go on a #FieldTrip to pick up Peanuts to use in Cooking.
If I had knew where there was a Peanut factory we would have went on a Field Trip and also to a museum to learn more about Peanuts. If you have resources on Peanuts we could have used in our studies leave me a comment to check them out and I will add them to our Lesson Plans for others to check out.
Join my family and let’s celebrate National Peanut Day with a Fun Homeschool Lesson Plan!
