As a child I remember on the weekends my dad preparing breakfast for us. More times than not we would have Waffles. As a mom I don’t remember ever making Waffles of any kind for Suzzane because she liked Pancakes more.
Fast forward to today and Charlie used to also like Pancakes more than Waffles, but its changed and now Charlie likes Waffles better than Pancakes. I haven’t made Waffles for Charlie I need to because he is getting older and may not be here much longer.
The next time we buy groceries I’m going to check on a Waffle Maker and the ingredients to make Waffles. If or when Charlie moves out, he will be able to take the Waffle Maker with him to make his own Waffles.
In the meantime, here is a recipe you might want to use information on how the #Holiday began on March 11th for Oatmeal Nut Waffles Day #OatmealNutWafflesDay to share with your friends and family. I have a question for you team Waffles or team Pancakes? Why?
