Did you know November 25h was National Parfait Day #NationalParfaitDay? I didn’t but this is a #Holiday I think David would have enjoyed. Charlie and I not so much. How about you. Do you like Parfaits? If so what kind and why?
Join David and celebrate November 25th National Parfait Day. National Parfait Day is the perfect excuse to layer up something delicious! Parfaits are all about stacking flavors and textures: creamy yogurt or pudding, crunchy granola or cookies, and fresh fruit or decadent toppings.
Here are a few fun ways people celebrate #NationalParfaitDay:
Make a classic fruit & yogurt parfait with berries, bananas, and honey. If your #Homeschooling your children or just teaching your children to cook let them help you prepare the Parfait.
Did you know dessert-style parfaits are layered with chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and cookie crumbles? Charlie and I might try this one but I’m not too sure. How about you?
Tropical parfaits featuring mango, pineapple, and coconut flakes is a parfait I think David would like. How about you. Would you want a Tropical Parfait.
Being on a diet and with Charlie exercising we need to try a protein-packed parfait with Greek yogurt, nut butter, and seeds for a healthier twist. Would you want to try a Protein-Parfait with me?
National Parfait Day is a holiday that blends creativity with indulgence — whether you go light and refreshing or rich and decadent, it’s all about those beautiful layers.
Would you like me to share a quick recipe idea for a parfait you could make at home to celebrate? If so leave me a comment and I will get to work on it asap.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
