I wanted to share another book by Michelle Major (Author) Someone To Tempt A Small Town, Enemies To Lovers Romance (The Skylark Series Book 2). I enjoyed Someone To Tempt which reminded me a lot of David and I as we meet as teenagers as well as the characters Iris and Jake’s who liked each other since they were 17. I enjoyed being taken back to Skylark, Colorado a place I would like to visit.
Iris, is the mayor of Skylark through the book we learn Iris has had a hard life growing up and has never felt like she belonged. Then we meet Jake who has spent his life making everyone believe he’s a playboy squandering his trust fund money the kind of guy anyone women would fall in love with.
Someone To Tempt is book 2 of the Skylark series and I plan on purchasing these books not only for myself but my best friend. We love romances that make you stop and say what if and also have you laughing out loud and wanting to tell everyone you know about the book and this did that and so much more.
I love how Iris takes Ballroom dancing lessons which would be fun to do if I didn’t have 2 left feet. I also like that this showcases a book club which I would like to start. I could see this series being turned into a Hallmark series like Magnolia Sisters.
