I wanted to share a new Board Game my family has had for a while which you will find inside our Summer Gift Guide 25: PlayMonster Don’t Rock the Boat. I received in exchange for this review. Charlie and I used to play Rock The Boat when we were #Homeschooling because we #homeschooledwithboardgame and was studying #Pirates one of Charlie’s favorite lessons. Come and join us for #gamenight this week and play Rock The Boat with us.

In Rock The Boat we have to try and balance our Pirate pieces n the Ship which moves which leads to lost of laughter between children and adults alike. You have to figure out where the best place it to place your pieces to keep them from falling off the ship which is a mystery.

David and Charlie had fun bumping each other while trying to find the best spot on the Ship while I stood by and watched and snagged the best spots from them. Which was a #teachingmoment for David and Charlie.

My favorite part of Rock The Boat was the Penguin pieces I wanted to keep out in memory of Suzzie who loved Penguins and led to movie night as we watched Mr. Popper’s Penguins and made Cookies in the shape of Penguins. All night we didn’t use our phones

The tv was off giving us a night away from electronics allowing me to bond with David and Charlie and creates lots of new memories which we needed to do. If your shopping for gifts for kindergarten or preschool children then you should purchase Rock The Boat for them because the game helps with focus, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.
