I take Swanson Healthy Blood Pressure Support Formula in the morning, with my lunch and before bed with a bottle of water each time. This helps me get my water in. I did move the Supplements from my Desk to the restroom so I have to walk to get the Supplements which helps me get my steps in.

As you know weight loss is one of the things I’m struggling with this year. I’ve been using Hydroxy Cut and SlimFast. They haven’t seemed to work. I plan on adding Apple Cider Vinegar to my routine because I’ve heard it can help with weight loss.
