Charlie and David both love Frogs and if truth be told I do as well. I even had a pet Frog as a child that lived in my grandmother Dorie’s closet. I just had to put it away until Christmas so Charlie wouldn’t snag the calendar for his room. I love how the calendar reminds us “It’s OK to feel your feelings”. Because more times than not we try and bury our feelings which isn’t healthy.
The Little Frog is having so much fun from being inside a beautiful pink Flower to the palm of someone’s hand with a Gnome and other people. I like how the Little Frog wants us to remember there is magic all around us.
I love how one of the pages has Little Frog and his best friend and how he tells us “I am going to treat myself the way I would treat my best friend”. With little squares to write down things we need to remember.
There is so many amazing quotes to share with our friends and family that I will be printing the pages off and framing them to give as gifts. My Birthday is in November and Little Frog says “Chosen Family Is Real Family” and its like Little Frog knew me because this is something I live by on a daily basis.
