The Self-Regulation Workbook for Children Ages 5 to 8 written by Kahlila Robinson, PHD in collaboration with Sara Gerstenzang, LCSW. I received a copy of the workbook in exchange for this review. I sat down this morning to look through The Self-Regulation Workbook for Children Ages 5 to 8 but before I could Charlie had fun talking to me about the faces on the cover of the book and creating stories about the faces.
I liked learning the book is broken down into chapters. Part 1: The “Why of God Parenting” which made me stop and think for a while. Part 2: Strategies I defiantly needed more than you know. Part 3: Activates For Parent And Kids.
Part 4: Just For Kids was Charlie’s favorite part of the workbook even though its for children from 5-8 there was a lot my family learned from the workbook and it allowed us to spend time as a family off electronics which I loved.
When Charlie was little and just starting out in #Homeschool I wish I would have had a copy of The Self-Regulation Workbook for Children Ages 5 to 8 because I would have used this workbook in our #health class.
I hope you take the time to check out The Self-Regulation Workbook for Children Ages 5 to 8 and that you make sure all Counselors have copies in there offices and babysitters as well. Doctors Offices should have a copy of the book on hand as well.
