Ultimate Blog Challenge July 26, 2025: Day 26

I woke up this morning with the mindset that I wanted to throw in the towel because I was never going to catch up but giving up isn’t something I want to teach Charlie. Instead here I am working hard to catch up which has to be today because we go out of town tomorrow.

I have a mile long list I want to get down before we leave in the morning. From watering my Flowers to painting the Glider I received from Lisa Marie Bird and the rocker David bought me a couple years ago. Along with finishing the house getting it ready not only for my brother but Gunner the dog we watch.

I found out last night Charlie made plans without checking with me first but he did let me know he wouldn’t be doing anything until the house was finished which was a Godsend. David is off today because he didn’t feel good which is another Godsend.

Joseph is wanting to play Pool this evening and if everyone would get up and we could get started the house can be finished by 9 and the painting by noon and they would have the rest of the day to do the things they want to do. But they have to get out of bed and we all know how that works don’t we?
