Charlie and I would like to welcome you to our Would you rather challenge: January 18, 2026. This challenge is brought to you from the children’s book The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults by Kimberly McLeod.
When Charlie was #Homeschooling, we would use the questions in the book for our Creative Writing Course. Charlie also read the book for free reading time. Now we use the questions to get conversation flowing in our home and on my social media accounts.
Would you rather live in a never-ending Summer or never-ending Winter? Why?
I don’t mind Winter as long as it doesn’t get too cold and that there aren’t freezing rain, sleet and Ice which makes me hurt a lot of the time. If I had the opportunity to choose between a never-ending Summer and never-ending Winter, I would pick the Summer.
No, matter how hot it gets it doesn’t hurt me the way cold weather does. I don’t get stuck inside during Summer like Winter and we could go swimming year-round which I would love, and I could walk outside year-round without having to go someplace to walk which would be a Godsend.
Charlie also said he would like a never-ending Summer as well because he would be able to play outside all day long. David also said he would have a never-ending Summer so he can get a lot of things done outside.
Would you rather live in a never-ending Summer or never-ending Winter? Why?
