Welcome back to Charlie’s Would you rather challenge: January 2nd, 2024. The challenge comes from the children’s The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults book by Kimberly McLeod (Author).
When Charlie was #Homeschooling, we would use the book in our Homeschool Creative Writing Class and also for free reading time. Now, we use the questions once a day to get conversation flowing in our home and on my social media pages.
Would you rather have a large flower garden or a vegetable garden? Why?
If I had the room, I would like to have both a flower garden and vegetable garden but where we live at Appian Way Townhomes, I’m lucky to be able to have flower garden which I thank the LORD for every day.
Although there is land here and we could start a Community Garden, but the owners will not let us even though it would help the renters have food they can’t afford at times. Granny’s back yard is to messy for me to have a garden so no, vegetable garden for me.
Charlie said he would prefer to have a flower garden because he loves flowers and vegetables not so much. As for David he was smart and said why can’t we have both because we could do a container garden. Which would be fun wouldn’t it be?
