Charlie and I are later today sharing our challenge for the Would You Rather Challenge September 12th, 2025. That doesn’t mean we didn’t want to share today’s question with you. The questions come from The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults a children’s book by Kimberly McLeod (Author).
When I was #Homeschooling Charlie full time we used this children’s book in our Reading Class, Creative Writing Class and Art Class. If your thinking outside the box when teaching your children you can use this book as well.
Using a question from the book can get conversation flowing not only between adults and children but between children as well. Talking to one another gets us off electronics for bit which we all need to do once in a while.
Would You Rather compete in a Horse race or a race-car race? Why?
I don’t know if you know this or not but my mother’s family raise and race Horses for a living. Our family has even attended a Horse race when Charlie was little. I would like to go back and watch a Horse race again.
We’ve also gone to race-car races in the past and I wouldn’t mind going again and so would David and Charlie. I think I would rather compete in a Horse race than a car-race because it seems like a Horse race would be safer. What do you think?
Charlie and David both said they would rather participate in a car-race because cars go fast and are more fun to drive than riding a Horse would be and there wouldn’t be as much clean up with a car than a Horse which they don’t want to take care of. That’s because there crazy having a Horse for a Pet could be fun couldn’t it?
