Summer has arrived and for a lot of people they will be making Leon-Aide to drink which both Charlie and David like. As for me I’m not a Lemon-Aid drinker because I don’t like Lemon’s or Limes and will not drink 7 Up or Sprite.
Trying to go on a diet to lose weight means I need to stay away from Soda’s. Sweet Tea and even Coffee. Charlie and I tried Mermaid next and it has a Citrus flavor with a hint of Coconut, taking me to Hawaii. I knew David would like Mermaid a lot because he loves Coconut which is going to be good for me having High Blood Pressure because I’ve been told I should drink Coconut Water to help maintain my Blood Pressure.
