Homeschool Resources: Cereal Box Robot

It’s 30 Degrees Here In Texas!! Anyone who knows me knows I hate being cold more than anything in the world. Today is Charlie’s first day back at school after the Holidays. Winter is here officially. I’m not sure how cold it will be after school. I wanted to find crafts Charlie, and I could create together. Then Charlie won’t  end up on the Playstation all night.

Once Charlie left for school I headed to my favorite place for crafts. Can you guess where I went? Well I will tell you it was Pinterest. Where I searched for Robot crafts. I found so many that Charlie and I could do a different project for months and not run out of crafts to make during the Cold Weather.

I didn’t want to venture out to get supplies so for today I picked out Recycled Crafts: Cereal Box Robot. which I found on Kids Activities Blog.  I knew I should have all the supplies Charlie and I would need to create Cereal Box Robot. The second reason I chose this project ws I knew we might have enough supplies that if Charlie’s friends Came over we would have enough supplies for them to make there own  Cereal Box Robot.

Have you created Crafts with your children? If so have you built Robots? If so do you have a picture of the Robot you created and what you made can share the Robot with us?

David came home from work this afternoon, and he saw Charlie and I creating our Robots. David asked if he would be able to make a Robot as well. I was so excited that I decided to check out Amazon to see if they had kits I could purchase for our family to put together as a family. Here are a couple I found and would like to buy as soon as possible.
