Dallas, Forth Worth GF & AF Festival

My family was allowed to attend the Dallas, Forth Worth GF & AF Festival in Dallas, Texas. Before I share my thoughts with you, I would like to let you know we are part of the official Blogger Team, and we received a press pass to get into the event and all I can say is  FOR MY FAMILY, it was quite a treat as none of us have been around Gluten Free Foods. We all enjoyed the Dallas, Forth Worth GF & AF Festival a lot. We were allowed to not only sample the foods but to talk to the creators of the food.

One thing I would like to point out is neither David, Charlie or I have food allergies or use a Gluten Free Diet. Being a blogger and working with so many other individuals in my business means I want to be able to educate you about things that most families face and includes GF & AF diets. One of my friends Elle Emme does use Gluten-free food, and if she decides to come over for dinner, I will have many options to make her.

More than that I have learned about all kinds of new and unusual items I can put inside Charlie’s lunch as well as make us for dinner. Which is excellent as it is a lot more healthy than some of the items we serve. Most of them do not have much sugar in them which is a massive plus for us. I don’t want Charlie to have that much sugar and Charlie he does have ADHD.

With Charlie attending Public School once his class has parties or needs snacks I  have a lot of options to take to the school that will fit in with the new rules and regulations the school has set forth. Or that will allow children that suffer from GF & AF to be able to participate in the parties.

The items were allowed to sample at the Dallas, Forth Worth GF & AF Festival will help us all lose weight which is great because we all know that there are many Americans who are overweight and I am one of them along with David. Charlie is underweight, so I hope it helps him gain weight and teaches him to reach for Healthier snacks.

I would like to share with you one of the products from the Dallas, Forth Worth GF & AF Festival we were able to sample and let you know what my family thought of the Crackers.

Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten-Free Multi-Grain Baked Crackers was one of the first items we sampled. Both Charlie and I liked the taste and texture of the Cracker a lot. We can’t wait to purchase these Crackers to use at home with our favorite dips. I know, it will make the dips stand out.

Gluten-Free Multi-Grain Baked Crackers

For almost 20 years, Milton’s known for both Multi-Grain and fantastic taste—starting with our Original Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, and then a few years later, our Original Multi-Grain Gourmet Crackers. Building upon this heritage, we bring all the flavor and goodness to a Certified Gluten-Free Multi-Grain Cracker worthy of the name “Milton’s.” Made with our signature seed topping and a hint of sweetness.
