Midnight Rodeo in Addison, Texas Blogger Event

I thought I would share with you some of the pictures we took at Midnight Rodeo on Friday and share with you our thoughts on the Nightclub and there Happy Hour. Before I begin to share with you my thoughts I would like to let you know I was invited out with a group of bloggers.

So David and had my mother n law watch Charlie for us and David took the night off and we went and picked me up a outfit to wear that night. I was so excited as I was getting to have a night with just some adults. Plus I was going to be able to just relax and not to worry about things.

So Debbie and I and David jumped into the PT Cruiser to run and pick me up a pair of Sandals from Payless. but while there the car started to smoke and David got to check on it and discovered we had broken a belt. So he went ahead and drove it home. I thought that would be the end of my night out but my mother n law loaned us her Mustang Convertible to take. I was so surprised as she does not let people use it. But since it was for my blog she let us.

So we get back home and gather Charlies things up and take him over to my mother n laws after we stop at Mc Donalds to get him a Happy Meal. Charlie was so excited to spend the evening with his granny as he would be able to play on her game system as she has a Play Station 2 and we have a 3. So she has a game he loves that I will be getting him for Easter.

So Debbie, David and I load up and head out to Midnight Rodeo. I am so excited as I have not been to a Nightclub since before Charlie was born. You see I usually do not drink but I love to watch others dance and to listen to the music they play. Plus I was getting to spend time with David and Debbie and to meet some other local Bloggers which is always nice.

We did not have any problem at all finding Midnight Rodeo and when we drove up  I was excited to see they offered valet parking not that we used it. Debbie and I walked around once we parked and I liked the landscaping they had going on. Debbie and I walked up to the door and saw that they even had outside seating which would be nice to set out on with a group of friends.

We walked up to the Booth and they asked who we was with and I told them. They had us sign in and each of us was given a wrist band with three drinks on it. For Debbie and I that was more than enough. I am sure if we had let David he could have drank more but he was driving and so we did not let him.

We went on in and walked behind the sign n desk to the stage where they said we should sit. I liked that they had tables as well as booths as it is easier for me to sit on. Then we walked over to the restrooms which was so clean and nice looking that I could have stayed in there all night. Debbie andI saw there was a upstairs and we went and checked it out.

I liked seeing there was a bar up there as it would make a nice place to host a meeting plus it was away from the music. The seating up there was nice and comfortable. I love how each table had  a sign on it telling about the specials.

We walked back down and went and checked out the “Free Buffet”  let me tell you it looked yummy and it was. We had Salad and Fruit and a Taco Bar with Cookies for dessert. This food went perfectly with the drinks we chose. The Tacos was not spicy nor was they greasy. I liked seeing they had a kitchen we could order them off of later that night.

Debbie and I went and sat down after ordering our drinks and filling our plates. I was worried the music would be to loud but it was not. I loved the variety they played. Plus I meet the DJ and he was so nice. He let us know if we would like a special song played to just ask. He did ask us to invite you all out to the Nightclub.

I hope you take the time to go and visit it soon as they always offer Free Happy Hour on Fridays and other specials during the week such as free dance lessons which both David and I should check into.

I can not wait until I am able to go back out to Midnight Rodeo as we had so much fun. The only thing was David and Debbie would not let me have there tags to get there drinks as well but that is OK as I had enough with the three I had.

I just wish I could take Charlie as I know he would love the music as much as I did and as he says he is a Blogger to and should not be left behind.

If you would like to check out the album I did for Midnight Rodeo you can find it on my Facebook page at http://www.Facebook.com/Glenda  and also on my Google + page.

Thanks again Midnight Rodeo for hosting the event and when I host my sisters Birthday Party I think I will have it out here as I know everyone would have so much fun.

Glenda, Charlie and David
