2021 National Cheeseburger Day Deals and Freebies

Last year, the restaurant was offering its Burger Bundle for just $8.99, including any “Handcrafted Burger, including the Quesadilla or Whisky Bacon burgers. Plus, an order of classic fries and a soft drink. All guests had to do is select the Burger Bundle option from the menu to order for dine-in, to-go or delivery. Price and participation varied by location.
Black Tap is going BIG this National Cheeseburger Day (September 18) and offering free cheeseburgers! The first 100 customers to submit their emails on Black Tap’s dedicated National Cheeseburger Day website will win a complimentary cheeseburger with any purchase (food or drink). This offer is available at Black Tap’s Vegas, Anaheim and New York (Soho and Midtown) locations and select international locations.
On September 18, they are having a sweepstakes to win a free A+ Meal (BurgerFi cheeseburger, fresh-cut fries and a freestyle beverage) for a year. The contest will go live on National Cheeseburger Day via social media and BurgerFi will announce the winner on September 24.
This popular fast food chain has some offers: Double Cheeseburger Meal (one double cheeseburger, small fries and small drink); or a $3 Snack Box (one cheeseburger, medium fries, 10 nuggets and a small beverage).
The restaurant debuted two, new cheeseburger-friendly Family Packs last year: the four-serving Cheeseburger Pack; and the Breakfast & Cheeseburger Combo Pack. The Cheeseburger Pack includes four beef patties, buns, cheese, toppings and wavy-cut fries. The breakfast version has pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, plus two cheeseburgers with fries. On National Cheeseburger Day, you can score a Cheeseburger for only $5 for in-store or takeout at any of the participating locations.
This is quite an interesting take on a pizza! In August last year, the pizza chain launched its new Cheeseburger Pizza, made with a ketchup-mustard sauce, American cheese, beef, onions, tomatoes, shredded provolone and cheddar cheese. There’s also a Chicken Taco Pizza!
On September 18 in 2020, you could get a great deal from Farmer Boys. They were offering their Big Cheese burgers from 2 to 5p.m. for just $2! The Big Cheese is made with a 1/4 pound of fresh, 100% USDA beef topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, dill pickles and thousand island dressing on a sesame seed bun. Yummy!
On September 18, Friendly’s is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with a free medium sundae with any burger purchase. This offer is for Sweet Rewards members and will be loaded onto their account to use on that day.
This popular restaurant was offering Halo Rewards members a $1.97 QP Burger (their #1 selling sandwich) if you signup before September 18 last year.
Hopdoddy is offering the Cheese Louise – a delicious burger made with one beef patty filled with swiss cheese, topped with everything bagel cream cheese, shaved red onions and mayo on a jalapeno cheddar bun. The burger is only available while supplies last.
At Jack in the Box, for a limited time, celebrates National Cheeseburger Day with their Sourdough Patty Melt combo which includes a small drink and small fries for only $5.99.
Bonus! Jack in the Box is keeping the party going by celebrating National Cheeseburger Day all weekend long with a free Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with any purchase through their app. This lasts from September 18 through September 20!
Grab a 50-cent Double Cheeseburger deal exclusively through the McDonald’s app on September 18. Use Mobile Order and Pay and add the deal to your order or scan the code at the drive-thru or front counter. There is a limit of one offer per customer.
To celebrate National Cheeseburger Day, try out their all-new Cheeseburger Wrap featuring 100% Angus seasoned ground beef, grilled onions, pickle slaw, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, American cheese, ketchup, and mustard – all wrapped up in a sun-dried tomato basil tortilla.
At Red Robin, the restaurant is hosting a week-long cheeseburger bash. Starting September 13 through September 19, members get BOGO 50% off cheeseburgers (discount applies to second cheeseburger purchase). This deal is good once per day all week.
The biggest name in all things burger, bacon and booze, stpped up their cheeseburger game with cheese-stuffed Juicy Lucy burger patties last year. On National Cheeseburger Day, guests at participating locations could order the Best Damn Bacon Cheeseburger and get a free upgrade of a Juicy Lucy patty when they mention the catchphrase “Juicy Lucy” to the staff.
Smashburger, the fast-casual better burger chain, is offering their Classic Smash Double Burger for only $5 on September 18! 100% Certified Angus Beef served with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. That’s a lot of juicy burger at that very special price!
Celebrate National Cheeseburger day the Tuesday before or the Tuesday after at Sonic with half priced cheeseburgers when you order through the Sonic App on Tuesdays after 5 p.m., for a limited time only. This promotion includes the single-patty Sonic Cheeseburgers.
STK is offering STK Wagyu Burger & Fries for only $7.99 (except $9.99 in New York City) when ordering for either takeout and delivery in honor of National Cheeseburger Day on September 18.

The popular restaurant offered a new Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger. It includes a pretzel bun with a quarter-pound of beef, Muenster cheese, three strips of Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, warm beer cheese sauce, crispy fried onions and pickles. Sounds like a feast!
