5-INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES

I purchased an Instant Pot for our home back in October of last year. I hate to say it, but I haven’t even used the Instant Pot once. When David let me know, he wanted to purchase a bigger Deep Fryer so he could prepare Buffalo Chicken Wings for him. Charlie and I thought about buying the Deep Fryer for David as a Birthday present.

The more I hear about Air Fryers and how healthier they are and that you don’t have to use Cooking Oil or Grease which bothers my stomach. I think I should purchase an Air Fryer for our home. I was excited when I found out about a new cookbook called 5-INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES: Inside the cookbook you will find 175 Delicious & Easy Meal Ideas Including Gluten-Free & Vegan which sent for free in exchange for this review and the thoughts in this review are mine and my families.

OMORC Air Fryer XL, 5.8qt Airfryer Oil Free Cooker with Hot Air Circulation Tech for Fast Healthier Food, 7 Cooking Presets - LCD Touch Screen and Knob Control (Recipe Book included, 5.5L Capacity)

I looked through INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES I was excited to find out the Author is from Texas. I knew she would know what Texans like to eat and how we like to prepare our food. Another feature I liked knowing was each recipe takes five ingredients as it wouldn’t take a lot of money to make the recipes. I saw I had a lot of the ingredients the recipes call for in our Pantry and they are ingredients we keep on hand at all times.

I looked through INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES:  I was excited to see the recipes were easy enough for Charlie to read to his dad and they can make dinner for me. Or Charlie can prepare the recipes with minimal help from David and me which will allow Charlie to feel like he made dinner on his building his self-confidence.

My sister has had to change her diet due to being Lactose and Gluten Free. I can’t wait to purchase a copy of INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES:  for her as well as for my mother-in-law who makes dinners for the family and is always having to come up with new recipes because someone doesn’t like something or someone can’t eat something she planned on preparing.

INGREDIENT AIR FRYER RECIPES: covers Breakfasts, Snacks, Appetizers, Vegetables, Potato, Vegan Mains, Eggs, Fish and Seafood, Chicken and Turkey, Pork, Beef and Lamb, Bread and Muffins, Desserts. I am sure with the variety of recipes that I will even be able to find things I can have on my diet.

I loved knowing there are tips on how to use an Air Fryer as I haven’t ever used one nor do I know anyone who has. Having a list of supplies needed will save me time as I can pick them up at one time. The Pantry list will allow me to make sure I have all the items I need on hand and will enable us to add them to our Budget and I can watch for coupons and sales on those items allowing me to save money.

I looked through the Snacks as I wanted to make something new for Charlie to try and I found PB&J Fries, I can’t wait to see what Charlie and David think of these, and if they enjoy them, I will make them for Charlie’s friends when they come and play at our home. Then I also can’t wait to check out some of the breakfast recipes as it is the most important meal of the day.

Life’s filled with countless little pleasurescrispy fried food is one of them.

Thanks to the invention of the home air fryer, which relies on hot air rather than burning oil to “fry” foods, you need not wait for weekend splurges or special occasions to savor this pure delight.

All of the recipes in this collection require no more than five ingredients (excluding salt, pepper, water
and cooking spray), and most fully prepared in just 15 to 20 minutes. Each recipe is unique, designed exclusively for the air fryer and downright delectable. The results are every bit as irresistible as higher-fat options — perhaps even more so.

Whether you are a novice, or a well-seasoned air-fry cook, you will find recipe after recipe that delivers impressive results, time and again.
