 I’m back with another addition to this year’s Direct Sales Gift Guide. I would like to introduce you to Amy Beldon from Legging Army.  I hadn’t heard of Legging Army before Amy’s interview. Had you heard of this company? If so, have you shopped with them?
If I can be truthful with you. I have thought about purchasing Leggings to wear around my home although I’m as big as a WHALE and would be embarrassed about the way I would look. Don’t let that stop you from checking out  Legging Army.

1. Tell me how you got involved in your business?
I love leggings and I was researching different companies that offered Leggings when I came across Legging Army. After looking through the different Leggings I found I liked the prints, the price, the quality of the leggings and the business opportunity.

2. What does a typical day look like in the life of someone who runs their own business? 
In general, I look to see if there are new products and then I go online and start marketing my business the best I know how.
3 What attributes does someone need to have in order to be really successful in this position?
You need to be organized and motivated.

4. What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?
I believe the biggest challenge is getting customers.                                                                                                           I believe that once your customers receive the product, they will come back to purchase more Leggings.

5. What did you do before you started your business?
I own a family daycare right now but started selling Legging Army for some extra income.

6.  Please tell us about your business, the products you offer?
Through Legging Army I order different pattern Leggings for all ages and sizes.

7. What is your favorite part about working from home?
The flexibility with my schedule and I love not having to go out to the office every day.

8. What can you tell me about your new products or plans for growth?
Right now, we have a variety of Holiday Leggings to pick from.  New patterns of leggings come out frequently.

9. What do you feel is your greatest sales accomplishment and when/why did it happen?
I am just starting out, but I did receive my first order the same day I signed up. I feel that is a great accomplishment and it gives me motivation to keep going.

10. How do you balance client expectations versus real expectations?
How do you handle it when they are too high?

 11. Pretend I’m a prospect and give me an example of a pitch of a product or service you are selling.

Through company Trainings.

13. Tell us about your company, how it started, products you offer.
I started my business on November 15, 2017. I am just starting out but love this product. I offer a variety of different leggings for all ages.

14. What is the best seller?
Right now, the best seller is the Holiday Leggings.

15. How do you feel your product or services can benefit others?
You can wear these Legging out on the town, to work out, travel or just for relaxing. The Leggings make some people feel skinner and provide comfort for everyone.

16. What are some of your favorite questions to ask a potential client or customer?
What style and what type of legging are you looking for? 

17. What role does Social Media play in your selling process?
Social Media plays a major role in my selling, and it is how I advertise my company and reach new clients gaining me new sales.

18. How do you handle irate clients/customers?
I will work with them and do what I can to make things right and make it a pleasant interaction.

19. What’s worse not reaching a goal every month or not having happy customers?
I think not having a happy customer. If you don’t provide a buying experience that is pleasant, then that client will not be returning to your business.


20. If you were a potential client/customer what would you want to hear about your business, products or services.
I would want to hear that my products are soft and comfortable and a great quality for the price.
